Super simple and surprisingly tasty. Original recipe here.
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3-4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp hot water
1 package of spaghetti or soba noodles
1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced
assorted steamed veggies and/or pan-fried tofu
Whisk all the sauce ingredients together and toss well with the noodles, green onions, steamed veg and tofu. Serve!
